On Jul. 25, 2017, the Second National Student Food Engineering Virtual Simulation Competition at Northern Area was held in Changchun City, Jilin Province. Under the guidance of two teachers from Bohai University College of Food Science and Engineering, a group of three students from th college took part in it and won the special prize. Hence, they were entitled to enter the following national finals.
